ACTION NEWS FOUR. A MAN IS CHARGED IN A MUGGING AT POINT STATE PARK ON SUNDAY. COURT PAPERWORK SAYS 24 YEAR OLD ANTONIO KASSEM IS ACCUSED OF GRABBING A MAN’S PHONE, LEADIN TO A STRUGGLE AND THEN RIPPING THE VICTIM’S FITBIT FROM HIS WRIST AND THROWING IT INTO THE MONONGAHELA RIVER. THE VICTIM SAYS HE SPRAINED HIS KNEE DURING THE STRUGGLE. POLICE SAY KASSEM JUMPED INTO THE RIVER AS POLICE APPROACHED, BUT RIVER RESCUE WAS LATER ABLE TO GET HIM OUT. HE FACES SEVERAL CHARGES,

Charges have been filed after an alleged mugging at Point State Park on Sunday.According to court documents, 24-year-old Antonia Kaseim is accused of grabbing a man's phone, leading to a struggle, and then ripping the victim's Fitbit from his wrist and throwing it into the Monongahela River.The victim says he sprained his knee during the struggle.Police say Kaseim jumped into the river as police approached, but river rescue was later able to get them out.Kaseim faces several charges, including felony robbery.
