An 18-year-old man was taken to the hospital in critical condition after being found shot in the leg inside an apartment in Pittsburgh.The shooting happened a little before 7:40 p.m. Sunday on the 5400 block of Penn Avenue, on the line of the city’s East Liberty and Garfield neighborhoods.Responding officers applied tourniquets to the victim until paramedics could take him to the hospital.While the victim was found injured inside the apartment, Pittsburgh Public Safety said it was not clear where the actual shooting occurred.No arrests have been announced.
