Light Art Space
Light Art Space is located in the Historic Arts and Cultural District of Silver City, New Mexico. We feature two galleries, a studio workshop area, and an outdoor sculpture garden/event space. Our mission is to provide an inclusive place of creative discovery for the community of Silver City and its visitors. We feature changing art exhibitions, workshops, lectures, and other events. Through juried and curated exhibitions, we present our community access to work not usually seen in small, rural towns. We strive to show underrepresented artists including minorities, women, emerging artists, and those working in less-represented media such as alternative photographic processes, installation, and video.
