He and his wife, Mary, are active parents to four children—one in college and three at home. FEMA relocates Kanawha County disaster recovery center to St. Albans
KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Federal Emergency Management Agency disaster relief center for survivors of April storms in Kanawha County will soon be relocated. The center at Tyler Mountain Volunteer Fire Department in Charleston will be closing Monday and a new location is set to open Tuesday in St. Albans, according to a news release from the agency.

Charleston man arrested for shooting that occurred in April, court records say
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Charleston man was arrested Friday in relation to a shooting that took place in mid-April, court records say. Stephen Belcher, 52, has been charged with endangerment involving a firearm after he was seen on April 18 on a porch along Washington Street W, firing into a residence through a glass door, according to a complaint filed with the Kanawha County Magistrate Court.

GLASGOW, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A Putnam County man is facing an attempted murder charge after investigators say he seriously injured a man after an argument over a canopy.
