Cookie Coleman is turning her love for people and customer service to the next level by starting a personal and professional transport service.

Personal Concierge Airport Transportation will take people to the two major airports in the Valley, the Amtrack in Maricopa or the local bus station in downtown Phoenix.

“I am a retired animal med tech, and I started working for Uber for extra cash and now trying to do transport on my own,” Coleman said. “I love public relations and have been in customer service for 40 plus years.”
