Cave Creek

Cave Creek Rodeo Days

Dust off your cowboy boots. The Cave Creek Rodeo Days are back and in full swing this week. It’s all to celebrate Arizona’s western heritage. The 46th annual event kicked off on Thursday at Cave Creek Memorial arena. It features top-ranking male and female rodeo contestants. Miss Rodeo America will be there too. Surprise

Country music sensations Andy Grammer and Chris Lane in addition to alt-pop band Walk the Moon are performing.

Bases and Brews Music Fest

The Bases and Brews Music Fest kicks off Friday. You’ll find live music, carnival rides, food and more at Mark Coronado Park. You can buy tickets online. But if you’re headed to the Giants-Royals or Padres-Rangers spring training games this weekend, you get in free by showing your ticket. People who live in Surprise get in free on Sunday. Wickenburg

Party in the Desert

Party in the desert brings Lainey Wilson to Wickenburg. We call it the min-Country Thunder. It’s at the Flying E Ranch, which is family-owned. The headliner on Friday is Eddie Montgomery and Saturday, it’s Josh Turner. Wilson plays on Sunday. For more information, click/tap here.

Circus Americana

Circus Americana opened on Thursday night. It is the first of many shows in the weeks to come. Expect flying trapeze artists, illusions and even vampire contortionists. It runs every Thursday through Sunday until April 2. You can find it under “The Big Top” at Bell Bank Park.

Phoenix

Arizona Wine Month Grand Festival

It’s wine o’clock at Steele Indian School Park. The Arizona Wine Growers Association is hosting the Arizona Wine Month Grand Festival. Sip on award-winning Arizona winds. Check out local artisans, food trucks and live music. It runs Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. It’s a 21-and-up event. Buy tickets in advance online and get a wine glass to keep and eight wine-tasting tickets.

Phoenix Film Festival

More than 200 films from all over the world are coming to the big screen at Harkins Scottsdale 101 Theatre. Opening night was Thursday but it runs through April 2. Full schedule here.

AZ Jazz Fest

Get your fill of jazz at the AZ Jazz Fest at High Street near the Loop 101 and state Route 51 in north Phoenix. There’s a stacked lineup all weekend. Click/tap here for more.

March 24: Tartanic LIVE! | Irish Cultural Center and McClelland Library - 1106 N. Central Ave.

Featuring two bagpipes, two percussionists, two dancers, eight drums, six drones, 18 notes, and so much more...Tartanic is a show perfect to wrap up the month of March. March 27: Delta Rae | Crescent Ballroom - 308 N. 2nd Ave

Breathing life into the Southern Gothic blues, Delta Rae is coming for one night only to the ballroom on their “Return of the Witch” tour Monday night.
