Ayton (groin) is out for Sunday's matchup against the Thunder, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.
Ayton suffered a groin injury during Thursday's win over the Magic, which will cause him to miss his first game since Jan. 23. In his absence, Jock Landale, Bismack Biyombo and Darius Bazley are candidates for extra minutes.
