Philadelphia, State Police officials give update on deadly I-95 shooting

City and state officials gathered Monday afternoon to address illegal street racing and car meet-ups that occurred across the city Saturday and Sunday. One of those incidents led to a trooper-involved shooting that left a driver dead.
