MLW.com has reported that officials from Major League Wrestling and Germany’s preeminent promotion wXw (Westside Xtreme Wrestling) have been in discussions on an inter-promotional collaboration.

A formal announcement is “imminent,” with league officials confirming a deal has been formally set.

This comes as a match has been announced for the WXW Unified World Wrestling Championship: Shigehiro Irie (champion) vs. Calvin Tankman is set for Battle RIOT V, when MLW returns to the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia on Saturday, April 8.

Grab tickets at MLW2300.com and the 2300 Arena box office. Tickets start at $15.

More details about this collaboration is expected shortly at MLW.com
