Watch: Turner Hits Home Run in World Baseball Classic Final Against Japan

By Kade Kistner,

Philadelphia Phillies superstar Trea Turner hit another home run during the World Baseball Classic, this time against Japan in the final.

Philadelphia Phillies superstar Trea Turner has done it again for Team USA. Turner hit his fourth home run in three games in the World Baseball Classic. His latest coming in the finals against Japan in the second inning.

Turner now has five home runs during the tournament, a World Baseball Classic.

It's been an incredible run for Turner who has been, without a doubt, the MVP of the tournament so far.

Instead of hitting ninth in the lineup, manager Mark DeRosa moved Turner up to the six-hole on Tuesday evening.

Without missing a beat, Turner mashed a solo shot to deep left field to give the USA a 1-0 lead.

The Phillies very well may have gotten an absolute bargain on Turner who signed an 11-year, $300 million deal this winter. If he brings this type of production back with him to Philadelphia, the reigning National League champions could have one of the best lineups in all of baseball.
