Reported bank robbery in Colorado Springs Monday afternoon
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The Colorado Springs Police Department was investigating a reported bank robbery Monday afternoon. Police tell 11 News they received the call at about 12:40 p.m. for a robbery at the 1st Bank in the 1200 block of W. Garden of the Gods Rd. The business, First Bank, is on the southeast side of Centennial Boulevard and Garden of the Gods Road. It isn’t clear if a weapon was used and at the last update, police didn’t have information on how much money, if any, was taken.
