LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 19-year-old linked to a juvenile shot by a Louisville Metro Police officer earlier this week was in court Thursday on drug charges. LMPD investigators said Julian Oyaro was with a 17-year-old murder suspect Tuesday when the 17-year-old was shot by an LMPD officer after he refused to drop a gun.
