Dust Storm in Central Illinois Causes Major Problems
A dust storm in central Illinois on Monday morning led to a fiery pileup on Interstate 55, involving at least 20 cars and resulting in the closure of the road for over 30 miles. At 11:04 a.m. local time the collision was reported near Milepost 76 in Montgomery County, just south of Springfield, according to the Illinois State Police.
