Hardee’s shutdown continues locally
It doesn’t appear the Hardee’s restaurant in east Emporia is opening any time soon, if at all. The restaurant at 1126 East 12th posted a short-term closure Dec. 19 due to “unforeseen maintenance” and followed that with a second announcement the following morning, saying the restaurant is closed until further notice. Since then, the restaurant signage has remained but the options on the menu board have been removed.
