- Officers responded to a report of fraudulent checks in the 1200 block of Second Street. The case is under investigation.
- Alex Kyle Hanson, 56, of 2620 McKinley St., Perry, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance-heroin and possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.

- Officers took report of an assault that occurred in the 2100 block of Lucinda Street. The case is under investigation.
March 16, 2023
- Norman Patrick Magaro, 69, of 222 325th St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County
warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fifth-degree theft. - Devlin Chinchilla Gonzalez, 21, of 2100 E. Virginia Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
March 17. 2023
- Naomi Hernandez Trujillo, 19, of 1809 Estella St., Perry, was arrested on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
