Crashes backing up traffic on multiple central Pa. highways
UPDATE: All highways have reopened as of 9 a.m. Tuesday. Tuesday morning crashes are affecting traffic on highways in Dauphin and Perry counties, officials said. Only one lane is open in both directions on the Clarks Ferry Bridge in Duncannon due to multi-vehicle crashes on either side of the road, according to PennDOT spokeswoman Fritzi Schreffler.
Snow showers, flurries, and wind chills in 20s in south-central Pennsylvania
Scattered snow showers and flurries are moving through the Susquehanna Valley this morning.
