A lawsuit challenging a Lancaster County law on mail-in ballot protocol was filed Friday against the Lancaster County Board of Elections. ELKTON — A 30-year Rising Sun High School teacher received a suspended six-month sentence and was placed on 15 months of supervised probation Wednesday, after pleading guilty to assaulting a 13-year-old boy after the child and a friend pranked him at his residence.
