Investigation underway after fatal crash on Empire Boulevard in Penfield

An investigation is underway after a fatal motor vehicle crash on Empire Boulevard in Penfield.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said Empire Boulevard was closed between Winton and Plank roads for a time during the investigation but reopened about 3 p.m. Saturday.
