PENFIELD, N.Y. (WROC) — Monroe County Sheriff’s Office has released the identity of the driver involved in a fatal car crash on Empire Boulevard in Penfield.
Deputies say 31-year-old Juanella C. Mincey of Rochester is the deceased driver involved in the fatal motor vehicle crash on the morning of June 3.
Due to the ongoing investigation, officers say no further details can be released at this time.
