BULLOCH COUNTY, Ga. — A well-known and respected Savannah pastor was killed Thursday night in an accident in Bulloch County. Clarence "Teddy" Williams, 64, was traveling on State Route 67 near the intersection with Anderson Cemetery Rd. around 6:30 p.m. when, according to witnesses, his Chevrolet Spark crossed the grass median, struck a culvert and flipped several times before coming to a rest on its roof.
