Couple charged with child neglect
A North Matewan couple were arrested earlier this week on child neglect charges. According to Mingo Magistrate Court documents, on May 13, officers went to the residence of Curtis Andrew Meade, 24, and Katie Jo Meade, 23, after receiving a mandated call from a STAT EMS worker, who court documents said had been dispatched to the residence, reporting on the living conditions inside the home.
