U.S. Marshals arrested Williams earlier this month, but the dog was not with him, and he has refused to tell authorities where it is.

The brown and white female puppy, named Hazel, is 9 months old and valued at about $6,500.

Williams posted a $40,000 bond and was released, court records show. He’s due for arraignment in the county court on April 16.
