One-Pound Pomchi's Affinity for Tasty Cheez-Its Is Just So Human-Like

Those who have never spent time around tiny dogs have no idea how little their size actually affects how they act. They might be small and cute, but they don't ever let it stop them from getting their way. In fact, I've never met a little dog who didn't have a huge personality with a lot of sass. In my experience, I think they totally know just how adorable they are and try to use that to their advantage when it comes to pulling one over on their parents. And even though they have little legs, many of them somehow tend to have a ton of energy.

That appears to be what's going on with one Pomchi in the video below. He's got the chance to enjoy his favorite snack, and he doesn't feel like he needs to hide just how excited he is about it!

On Wednesday, September 18, @brodee813 shared this video of her one pound Pomchi pup , whose name is Bruce, as he shows off just how much he loves Cheez-Its (and honestly, same).

He's only got one of cheesy snack crackers on the floor with him, but that's plenty — he's super excited as it is that an entire bowl of them might just make him explode. He's running around, pouncing on the floor, and even runs around carrying it in. his mouth for awhile before he finally brings it to his bed and eats it.

The good news? He's got a mom who's willing to share, because as soon as she realized it was gone, she was ready to give him a new one. That's true love!

The Sweet Story of Bruce

Bruce may be getting special Cheez-It treatment because he's still brand new to his family.

In August, they lost their older Pomchi, whose name was Brodie — and with 138,000 followers on TikTok, it goes without saying that there were a lot of people who loved that little dog.

But last week, they shared that they had decided to adopt Bruce , who looks so much like Brodie that his mom has referred to him as "Brodie reincarnated." And ironically enough, the people she adopted him from had named Bruce "Brody" at first — it seems like this really was meant to be.

At first, she thought she'd start a new TikTok just for videos of Bruce and leave the last account just for Brodie's old videos, but people immediately fell in love with the little guy, so it looks like she's planning to share more there, too.

I can't wait to see Bruce growing up. He really does look and act so much like him!
