Singer, songwriter and former Hootie & the Blowfish frontman Darius Rucker introduced fans to some cuddly new additions to his family, two adorable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies.

The little pups made their TikTok debut yesterday clad in red and black puppy harnesses.

Rucker introduced the sweet pups to his TikTok account @ Darius Rucker and announced their names are Freddie and Larry.

Freddie is named after Queen frontman Freddie Mercury, and Larry is named for Larry Csonka, known as one of the greatest running backs of all time.

These two new pups are just too cute for words. if you are thinking of adopting a new fur baby into your own family, here are some things to get you started.

There's nothing as exciting as bringing home a new puppy, and besides a veterinarian you trust to administer their first vaccines, microchip, and spay or neuter appointment here are some things that will help you get started with your adorable new addition.

Check with your vet about the best type of food for your puppy and feed them according to their weight, breed and vet instructions. A food and water dish and a dedicated feeding area are a good idea so they can get used to where their meals will be held.

You're going to need a collar, ID tags with your contact information, and a leash for taking them on walks and outside to do their business. You should probably get some puppy pads because accidents will happen.

A comfortable crate . Even though no one wants to listen to their precious new fur baby cry, a crate can make your puppy feel secure, limit the number of accidents they have and help with house training, and keep them from getting underfoot when you're trying to vacuum or taking a shower.

Speaking of house training, treats! You can use the treats your vet suggests or things like tiny bits of cut up hot dogs. Reward your pup every time they go potty outside or sit when you ask or whatever other commands you are teaching them.  The majority of puppies are food-driven and treats will help them learn things a lot faster!

Get some chew toys for teething. Small tennis balls are fun for playing fetch as well as stuffed dog toys they can use for teething or cuddling.

Puppy shampoo, a dog brush and old towels for bathing. If you start cutting their nails at a young age they will get used to it.

Welcome home to your new forever friend!
