Men's Tennis Starts Fall Season at ITA Regionals
LAKELAND, Fla. – The Palm Beach Atlantic men's tennis team competed at the ITA Division II South Region Championships this past weekend. The Sailfish started the day with doubles. Luis Eduardo Platas teamed with Juan Fernandez to take on top-seeded Takeshi Taco and Rodrigo Carvalho from Valdosta State. The duo was no easy test for the top-ranked team in the region but came up short 8-5. The team bounced back, taking down Mario Kirkov and Batu Ataseven from Eckerd, 8-4.
