Grand Rivers Humane Society Pet of the Week: Meet Lexus
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - For this week’s pet of the week, Grand Rivers Humane Society introduces us to Lexus!. 3-year-old Lexus came to the GRHS pregnant with a littler of five kittens. After giving birth to the kittens, the GRHS brought in three more kittens and Lexus stepped up and took care, and mothered the additional kittens. Lexus is now spayed and will no longer have kittens though. She and her kittens are ready to find their forever homes.
Coffee with the interim city manager
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The City of Grand Junction is holding its monthly Coffee with the City Manager next Tuesday. Interim City Manager Andrea Phillips will be at Be Sweet Cafe at 7:30 a.m. on April 30. Members of the community are invited to meet with Phillips for coffee and to ask any questions you may have.

(KREX) —The 4th annual “What Were You Wearing?” art installation is happening at Colorado Mesa University’s campus as part of Sexual Assault Awareness and Child Abuse Prevention Month.
