Baseball Player Adrián González Lists Hamptons-Style La Jolla Home for $16.48 Million
A few months after announcing his retirement from the Major League, baseball player Adrián González has listed his Hamptons-style mansion for $16.48 million. Throughout his 15-year career, González spent five seasons with the San Diego Padres and six with the Los Angeles Dodgers. The first baseman’s 9,726-square-foot La Jolla home was built in 2010 and per the Los Angeles Times, he bought the property that year for 7.2 million during his time with the Padres.

Built in 2010, the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom Hamptons-style home has jaw-dropping views of the Pacific and has a coastal apropos open floor plan that one commonly sees in seaside residences. Privacy is also an essential component of the fully gated 9,726-square-foot estate, the listing says.
