Four-star quarterback Quentin Murphy commits to Ole Miss football, Lane Kiffin

Ole Miss football coach Lane Kiffin has landed his next quarterback talent.

Class of 2025 four-star prospect Quentin Murphy of Joe T. Robinson High School in Little Rock, Arkansas, announced his commitment to play for the Rebels on Saturday.

"They asked me, 'Why Ole Miss," Murphy wrote on Twitter. "I say why NOT Ole Miss."

Murphy is the No. 287 overall recruit in the country and the No. 2 player in the state of Arkansas, according the the 247Sports Composite.

The 6-foot-1, 205-pound Murphy also reported offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee and several others.

He is the first commitment for the Rebels in their 2025 class.
