Barricade Situation Reported In Owings Mills (Developing)

An alert was issued at around 2:40 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon by police after officers were called to the unit block of Woodthorne Court.

Residents in the area have been advised to avoid the area as the standoff continues.

More information is expected to be released.

Everything was situated by around 4:00. I live the next court up, and my daughter’s school bus lets them out right at woodthorne. My daughter called me and told me they couldn’t even get on the bus to come home. Then once I called the school, thinking it was something that happened with kids on the bus, I found out what happened. Owings Mills used to be such a great place until people from the city started migrating out here. They messed it up for everybody.
