The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is reporting several complete road blocks in Outagamie and Waupaca Counties due to vehicle crashes. The blockages affect all lanes of traffic in both directions on highways WIS 54 eastbound and westbound at WIS 55 northbound in Outagamie County near Seymour. The other blockage is on WIS 96 eastbound and westbound at MM 5 near Fremont in Waupaca County.
