Good chance for storms in Central Florida Saturday afternoon

ORLANDO, Fla. — Temperatures will climb into the mid-80s later today.

Meteorologist Kassandra Crimi said Orlando would see a high of 85 degrees.

There is another good chance for showers and storms across most of Central Florida this afternoon and evening.

Slow storm motion will again lead to some heavy pockets of rain.

Local beaches will see dangerous rip currents again Saturday, with highs in the low 80s.

A coastal flood advisory takes effect at 6 p.m., and we can expect to see minor coastal flooding during the high tide cycles.
