The restaurant chain — which serves hot dogs, beef sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, burgers, ribs, salads, pastas and its famous chocolate cake shakes — filed a development plan with Orange County on May 30 seeking approval for its third Central Florida eatery.
