ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said that its deputies discovered human remains Monday evening in the South Apopka neighborhood.

The remains were discovered shortly after 10:45 p.m. Monday along South Hawthorne Avenue near State Road 414.
While the deputies were conducting their original investigation, they discovered the human remains nearby.

Investigators said there are no additional details to provide on the identity of the remains.
