The incident, which occurred on Thursday, was first reported by park visitors. Park maintenance employees were the first to respond to the scene where they found the eagle with an injured eye and a slight beak injury.
Foley City Celebrates Local Police K-9 Teams' Success in National Competition
Foley city recently held a celebration for its police dog teams and K-9 units from across the country who participated in a national competition. The Foley City Council acknowledged the Police Department units that organized and took part in the United States Police Canine Association National Field Trials in September.
