AUBURN-OPELIKA, Ala. (WSFA) - War Eagle Run Fest has been awarded the prestigious title of the best half-marathon in Alabama. The War Eagle Run Fest is a collaborative effort between Auburn-Opelika Tourism, FRESHJUNKIE Racing, and Auburn University. This year was the half-marathon’s third year in operation and saw 3,831 runners in attendance. That’s about 1,300 more people than the year before.

AUBURN, Alabama—A season that started with so much promise is now down to its last legs following a 5-4 loss to Ole Miss on Saturday night that puts the Auburn Tigers in the most tenuous of situations with seven SEC games remaining. Auburn must win all seven of its remaining conference games while having both LSU and Ole Miss go 0-7 the rest of the way. OPELIKA, Ala. (WTVM) - “I was on Master Chef Junior, a cooking show with Gordon Ramsey,” said contestant Bryson McGlynn. This is 12-year-old Bryson “Cheese Curd” McGlynn. For about three months, he lived and competed in California hoping to win the Master Chef Junior competition, and one hundred thousand dollars in prize money. McGlynn says he found his passion for cooking when he was four years old.
