Semi Cab Destroyed in Crash on 210 Freeway in San Dimas; Driver Survives
SAN DIMAS, Calif., Apr. 26 (KNN) — The cab of a semi was completely destroyed in a crash on the 210 Freeway early Friday morning and miraculously, the driver survived. The California Highway Patrol and Los Angeles County Fire Department received multiple 911 calls around 4:10 a.m. regarding a traffic collision involving a semi on the eastbound 210 Freeway just before the San Dimas Avenue exit in the city of San Dimas.

Riverside program will help seniors pay rent
Riverside has adopted a pilot program designed to help the city’s senior citizens pay their rent. The Supplemental Rental Assistance Program for Seniors, approved unanimously by the city council April 23, will provide residents ages 70 years old and older up to $600 of supplemental rental assistance payments, according to a statement on the city’s website.
