Manlius, N.Y. — A Manlius man who owns a personal training business in Baldwinsville was charged Thursday with defrauding investors out of $400,000. Jarod Cervoni, 45, brought in investors for his two businesses, Square 1 Wellness and Square 1 Performance, with the promise of profit-sharing, said Sgt.
