    Parents Claim This Dinner Time Switch Is Life-Changing!

    Parents are ringing the dinner bell earlier now — like right after school — claiming it makes for a calmer and happier evening!

    The thinking is that instead of kids getting full off snacks, have them eat dinner earlier to get a healthier, full meal in. Then, they can either have a smaller "dinner" later or that snack before bed instead of picking at their dinner plate.
