Gross misdemeanor charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following individuals:

• Kyle Stanley Volcek, 37, Omaha, Neb. — In connection with a Sept. 18 incident, Volcek was charged with two counts of third degree DWI.

• Amanda Renee Allen, 42, Avon — In connection with a Sept. 18 incident, Avon was charged with one count of third degree DWI and one count of second degree DWI.
