A 25-year-old man was injured in a shooting Monday morning, according to Omaha police.Around 8:55 a.m., officers responded to the area of 92nd Street and Cady Avenue for a shooting, according to authorities.Officers learned that the victim, identified as Kalid Mahamed, was taken to Methodist Hospital by private vehicle, Omaha police said.Mahamed told officers that three Black men assaulted him and shot at him, authorities said.Omaha police said Mahamed has non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the University of Nebraska Medical Center for treatment.The incident is still under investigation.Get the latest headlines from KETV NewsWatch 7

A 25-year-old man was injured in a shooting Monday morning, according to Omaha police.
Around 8:55 a.m., officers responded to the area of 92nd Street and Cady Avenue for a shooting, according to authorities.
