AT TEN STARTS WITH BREAKING NEWS. AND THAT BREAKING NEWS IS IN SOUTHWEST OMAHA. A COLLISION AT 144TH AND AL PUTS TWO PEOPLE IN THE HOSPITAL. ONE OF THEM IS IN CRITICAL CONDITION. Two people were rushed to the hospital after a crash at 144th and L around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday night. One of the patients is in critical condition at Bergan Mercy. Police say a Honda failed to yield and was hit by a Ford Explorer. Officers say the driver of the Honda then hit an Omaha police cruiser.The officer in the cruiser was already stopped for a radio call. The officer did not need to go to the hospital.The driver of the Honda is being investigated for possible impairment, according to Omaha Police.

Two people were rushed to the hospital after a crash at 144th and L around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday night.
