A woman was seriously injured in a shooting late Tuesday night.Omaha police told KETV NewsWatch 7 that the woman, identified as 23-year-old Kandice Edwards, was found near 44th Avenue and Pinkney Street around 10:36 p.m. Paramedics took Edwards to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg, authorities said.
