A 20-year-old man injured in a shooting Thursday near a Northwest Omaha doughnut shop suffered injuries not considered to be life-threatening according to Omaha Police.
The shooting took place around 2:30 p.m. near 106th & Fort Streets. Investigators later identified the victim as Rashaun Benton.
Police blocked access to the parking lot of a Dunkin' Donuts store while they investigated.
Investigators did not release any other details about the case.
