THE BOARD IS RECOMMENDING THE RETENTION STIPEND BE 1200 DOLLARS FOR REGULAR FULL TIME WORKERS. IT WOULD BE SPLIT INTO TWO PAYMENTS IN MAY AND AUGUST.
