The Jacksonville Humane Society will waive adoption fees for cats and kittens from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, and Sunday, Nov. 1. For those two days, the fees will be sponsored by a "local supporter in loving memory of their cat, Missy," the society said.
