State Appeals Court Upholds OKC Man's 2020 Murder Conviction

The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals upholds the sentence for a man convicted in 2020 of killing his girlfriend in Oklahoma City.

David Shores is currently serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole for the murder of Susan Freehauf back in 2020.

Shores cited several errors in the courtroom in his appeal, which was ultimately denied.
