OKC Police Search For Suspect After Shots Fired At Vehicle On Lake Hefner Parkway

Oklahoma City Police are searching for the person responsible for firing gunshots at a woman’s vehicle earlier this week on Lake Hefner Parkway.

On Monday, police responded to reports of a vehicle being shot near Northwest 150th Street and Lake Hefner Parkway.

Police spoke to the female victim, and she said that she was driving northbound when she heard what sounded like a pop and shattered glass.

She said she heard two shots and thought someone was trying to kill her, according to the police report.

The victim said she saw what appeared to be a small SUV on her passenger side, but the vehicle fled the scene.

The victim’s rear hatch window was mostly shattered and there was damage to the rear passenger side window.
