Child Expected To Be 'Okay' After Being Hit By Vehicle Near NW OKC Elementary School

Oklahoma City firefighters said a child is expected to be okay after they were hit by a vehicle Monday morning near an elementary school in northwest Oklahoma City.

Authorities responded to the scene near Northwest 85th Place and Rambling Road.

The scene of the incident is near Northridge Elementary School.

The Oklahoma City Fire Department said the child was awake and breathing, and the parent and school principal were also on scene.
