Bodycam Footage Released Of Broken Arrow Lawmaker Arrest In Oklahoma City

The body camera footage of the arrest of Broken Arrow lawmaker Dean Davis was released on Friday.

Davis was arrested on Thursday in Oklahoma City on the complaint of public drunkenness

According to Oklahoma City Police, Davis was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail at around 3:45 a.m., but he was released later Thursday morning.

Davis was at the state Capitol later that day where he denied any criminal actions when he spoke on the House floor.

Court records show Davis got a deferred sentence after a 2019 arrest for a DUI in Broken Arrow.
