Former Gage County correctional officer accused of pointing pistol at pregnant woman
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A former Gage County correctional officer is in the Butler County Jail after a gun was pointed at a pregnant woman in Beatrice. Authorities booked 47-year-old Adam Hutchison in jail on April 22. He’s charged with use of a firearm to commit a felony, terrorist threats and a third-degree assault charge against a pregnant woman.
Bridge work begins on K-14 Between Lincoln and Beloit
LINCOLN, Kan. (KSNW) — The Kansas Department of Transportation says crews will soon begin work on a bridge on Kansas Highway 14 in southern Marshall County. The bridge is over Sand Creek, about 15 miles north of Lincoln and 15 miles south of Beloit. Crews will be repairing the bridge starting Monday, May 20.
